If you like food (like Alfredo), especially local street food and culinary culture then you shouldn’t miss New York City chef Eddie Huang's show "Fresh Off The Boat". The first series went down like a dream and now Eddie is getting ready to dish up a second helping of “Fresh Off the Boat.” In the second season of the online travelogue series Huang traveled to Mongolia, Moscow, Detroit, London, Chengdu, Shanghai and New York to document communities and cultures undergoing rapid transformations. Huang launched the web series a few years ago as a way to document how modern capitalism is reinventing ways of life, using the universal language of food and cooking as an entry point. In this episode he visits New York City.
